Our manufacturing facilities are actively dedicated to incorporating clean energy practices and fostering a positive working environment for our staff.
The towel manufacturing process uses significant amounts of heat energy, including the boiling of large volumes of water. At our plants in China and Vietnam, we have established a system to effectively utilize heat energy by reusing hot boiled water via steam recirculation facilities. In addition, water contaminated with glue and dye after washing, is first cleaned by purification equipment in the factory before being discharged. Through these steps, we strive to preserve the surrounding natural environment.
Solar power system will be introduced in 2025. About 20% of our electricity will then be derived from clean energy.
Beyond safeguarding the human rights of every employee, our comprehensive education programs and extensive employee benefits are designed to foster personal growth and enhance the overall well-being of our workforce. We are certified by WCA, SMETA and other international programs that assess compliance in workplace conditions, social policy and health and safety.
Our goal is to bring joy to everyone involved in the towel ecosystem—be it the end-users, the retailers who sell our towels, or our dedicated staff—by crafting exceptional towels.
We are engaged in the remaking and regeneration of SODATERU TOWEL®.
There is a crucial shift needed from a society dominated by mass production, mass consumption, and mass disposal to one that prioritizes recycling. In this vein, we are diligently implementing step-by-step policies aimed at fostering a more sustainable lifestyle and a healthier environment, contributing to a more enriching life for all.
Towels deemed unsuitable during the production of the SODATERU TOWEL® Fais moi calin! baby series are repurposed into adorable teddy bears, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
A percentage of the sales from this baby collection is dedicated to aiding children battling childhood cancer through the Gold Ribbon Network, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility.
Furthermore, we actively participate in social contribution initiatives. By collecting used SODATERU TOWEL® products, we support animal welfare organizations through donations or recycle them into eco-friendly alternatives such as paper boxes or postcards, promoting sustainable practices and reducing waste.
